Body Armor Sales Policy (Rev. 03/25)
Federal law prohibits individuals convicted of a violent felony from purchasing or possessing body armor.
Additionally, various states impose legal restrictions preventing certain felons from purchasing or possessing body armor.
State-Specific Restrictions:
We can only sell and ship within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Due to legal restrictions in Connecticut and New York, we do not ship body armor to these states under any circumstances, including to law enforcement.
By purchasing body armor from Shield Concept, you certify that:
- You are a U.S. citizen.
- You have no felony convictions.
- You have not been convicted of any crime that would prohibit you from purchasing or possessing body armor under any federal or state law.
- You do not intend to use the body armor for any criminal activity.
- You are at least 18 years old.
Shield Concept assumes no responsibility for body armor purchases made in violation of any federal, state, or local laws.
Shield Concept reserves the right to refuse the sale of body armor to any individual for any reason.
Shipping Policy:
Body armor sales are limited to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only (No exports, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses).
